A lovely quiet 50m² apartment for 4 people situated in the heart of the Portes du Soleil and two steps from the centre of the charming village of Abondance, close to all shops and just 400m from the base station of the gondola.<< 2.5km from godondola >>

This lovely 2 room 1 bedroom apartment located in the centre of Abondance is just 50m from the village square, where you will find all the shops, and the start of many beautiful walks including the well-known path along the River Dranse and 400 meters away from the ski lifts.
The apartment consists of a large hallway with closed in wardrobe from which you access:
- the fully equipped kitchen/dining room with oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, hob, fridge with freezer...This lovely 2 room 1 bedroom apartment located in the centre of Abondance is just 50m from the village square, where you will find all the shops, and the start of many beautiful walks including the well-known path along the River Dranse and 400 meters away from the ski lifts.
The apartment consists of a large hallway with closed in wardrobe from which you access:
- the fully equipped kitchen/dining room with oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc…)
- bedroom 1 with a 140cm double bed with patio doors onto the balcony. Fitted wardrobe
- A large living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a convertible armchair for 1 person, a large table, a sideboard and TV and DVD player (books, board games, tourist and walking information) and access to the balcony. There is free wifi with a shared connection. As the room is completely separate from the kitchen it works really well as a lovely second bedroom for the night-time
- bathroom with bath and glass screen for the shower

There is a lovely balcony with outdoor table and chairs.
For optimal comfort there is central heating in the winter providing constant hot water backed up by our ecological solar heated hot water (in part of course, let’s not forget the days without sun…sorry oops! Even in our beautiful village.) All windows, except the wc and bathroom, are equipped with shutters.
Finally there is a large, shared private courtyard for parking and a communal garden with table tennis which you can enjoy during the summer, which is also beautiful play area in the winter.
We do not provide sheets and linens but rental is possible.

Price per week, Depending on period and number of people, with reduction for more than one week.
Pets allowed on prior request.
Bed linen + towels are not provided, and can be rented.
