    The chalet is set back (about 50m) from the departmental road leading to the Linga resort. Easy and practical access to resorts and village center, shuttle stop 50m away.
    Resort center, shops 2.5 km. Skiing (Portes du Soleil area): Linga gondola at 2.5km or Super Chatel also at 2.5km, many winter and summer activities in the resort and the Valley (ice rink, hikes, swimming pool, cross-country skiing, etc.) . Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains, Evian-les-Bains (spa towns) 36km.
    Parties, large parties, celebration of events (EVG, EVJF, etc.) prohibited.
