  • Magnificent chalet located on the heights of Les Gets in a group of several chalets. It is laid out on 4 levels (220m² + 20m² attic), adjoining a second identical chalet ("ALASKA" ref. 134039). Both are "built in mirror", connected and adjoining only by the entrance halls and one of the balconies (with the spa). Each has its own independent entrance. Capacity up to 12 people (on request for 11th and 12th pers.)

    Ground floor of the chalet: entrance hall, 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 180x200cm, tv, private bathroom (shower), wc and balcony access. 1 bedroom with 4 beds (2 x 2 bunk beds 90x200cm), tv, shower room, balcony access. 1 separate toilet.
    1st floor: magnificent living room with kitchen open to living room (wine cellar, sofas, gas fireplace, TV), access to 2 balcony-terraces, one with a spa, magnificent view of Les Gets and the slopes in winter.
    2nd floor, spacious parental suite of 40m² (with attics): 1 bed 180x200cm, tv, desk, sofa bed (sleeps 2 pers.), shower, bath, wc.
    Lower part of the chalet: sauna, shower, closed space (without window) that can be converted according to your request into a TV room or sleeping area with 2 80x200cm beds that can be combined into 1 160x200cm bed, laundry area (washing machine + dryer).
    Everything is included: sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning. Wifi internet access. Optional: cleaning during the stay.
    Balcony-terraces with garden furniture and a private spa.
    Parking: 2 private spaces in the closed garage. From the garages, access to the chalet by lift or stairs. Ski room with boot dryer.
    Village center with its shops and activities at 500m. Ski area, ESF at 700m. Free shuttle 100m away.
    In summer: mountain biking in the resort, Lac des Ecoles (swimming, leisure) 2.5km, golf course 4km. Morzine at 8km. Lake Geneva, Evian-les-Bains at 1 hour.
    Animal accepted under the condition that it does not stay alone in the accommodation in particular (flat rate 100€ per animal).
