We will introduce you to the basic techniques on the Nyon canyon located in Morzine or on that of Ubine in the Abondance valley, so as to approach this activity in the best conditions: slides, walking, swimming and when the difference in altitude is very important we use the techniques of climbing or abseiling caving (descent on ropes).
These are the torrents that dig the rock and then shape very tight and deep gorges in which follow one another waterfalls, slides, basins of water.
