The apartment is part of the Les Chalets Joux Plane residence – an exclusive development of luxury self catered apartments completed for Winter 17/18. The residence is in a prime location just a couple of minutes walk on a flat road to the Pleney Telecabine, with the shops and restaurants of town on your doorstep.
Open Plan Living

The open plan living area is on the upper floor with a balcony to the front of the residence, making the most of the beautiful mountain views beyond. A modern kitchen has everything you or your private chef would need. There is dining for up to 10 guests and comfy seating. The large windows let in light and reveal mountain views to the south and east. There is a south facing balcony off the living room with table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee.
Bedrooms

The 4 bedrooms are en-suite, there are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and a further bedroom on the first floor. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite shower room, a king size or twin beds, a patio door onto the private garden and plenty of storage. Two full sized single beds sit above allowing for this room to flex into a quad room.

The other two bedrooms on the lower floor have king size or twin beds, en-suite shower rooms and full height doors onto the garden or balcony. The 4th bedroom, situated on the first floor will have a double or twin beds and a generous ensuite shower room.
Media

The lounge and all 4 bedrooms have a SMART TV with an APPLE TV box, meaning that everyone has access to over 500 movies and box sets. Plus you can stream from the internet from Netflix or other streaming site. The apartment has Wifi throughout.
Other Amenities

The private terrace has a hot tub for 6-7 guests and outside dining for all. The balcony off the living area also has outdoor seating.

There is a private underground garage which also has a boot room area with boot warmers.
