Mountain Views

Overlooking Morzine the views are stunning from the living areas or from the terrace, with plenty of light and sunshine flooding the property. The large terrace that surrounds the property includes a private hot tub. The terrace leads straight onto the pastures of the Pleney mountain slopes. As the residence is set into the hill side, there is only one apartment above it and nothing below, so it feels very private.
Ski In

Just 5 minutes’ walk from Morzine village. The Pleney telecabine is a 10 minute walk and the SuperMorzine is an 8 minute walk. In good conditions intermediate skiers can ski back to the apartment.
Open Plan Living

There is a large open plan living area with a large central fire which guests can use. A very large and well equipped kitchen allows the cook or private chef to be social with the whole group. There is comfortable dining for everyone. A SMART TV with English channels allows everyone to be entertained and there is wifi throughout the property.
Bedrooms

The 2 master bedrooms have superking beds, ensuite shower rooms and private balconies. Bedroom 3 can be a double or twin room and shares the house bathroom with the good sized triple bunk room. All the bedrooms have plenty of storage.
Other amenities

The utility room is on the floor below and houses the washing machine and tumble dryer along with some extra storage space. A cot and high chair are available on request.

There is a private garage with a ski rack and boot warmers. There is also private parking outside the residence for 2 cars.
