Chalet Sans Souci is located in a fantastic position; cross the little bridge in the garden and you step onto the Mélèzes piste; slide about 150 metres down from the garden bridge, directly across the end of the Mélèzes piste, and you arrive at the gate of the Les Perrières lift. You can ski right back into the garden. See the photographs above. With 5 bedrooms, the chalet will sleep 10 in comfort and so is ideal for families or large groups.

The owners have been renting this chalet for 20 years. Reviews from guests over the years frequently speak of the chalet’s “cosy” charm. Another feature is the large video collection that the owners leave for guests of all ages, together with video players around the chalet. There are also DVD players. The living room has an open log fire with a fire guard and plenty of comfortable seating - wonderful to return to after a day on the slopes. Logs are provided for guests at no additional cost.

Outside there is a large decked area - at the end of the season - or when it is warmer, this is great to sit out on and watch skiers come down the Mélèzes piste whilst enjoying a glass or two.

Kitchen
The kitchen is very well equipped and includes: hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of utensils. The dining table can seat 10 people.

Washing Facilities
The shower room downstairs has a washer/dryer.

Ski/Boot Storage
There is also a ski/boot storage cupboard in the car port - close to the front door.

Parking
The car port is big enough for an MPV with roof-box. There is space for a second car outside the car port. Guests with more than 2 cars need to use the unlimited & free car parking about 50 metres away from the chalet.

Facilities Near By ( Grocery Shop, Bus Stop, Bus Stop):
The chalet is about 3-4 minutes’ walk from the Perrières Ski shop so that getting equipment, having repairs done or buying accessories is very easy.

The new Sherpa supermarket is about 5 minutes’ walk from the chalet & is well-stocked with everything one could need, including fresh bread & croissants from 7am every day.

The free shuttle bus (the ‘navette) passes the chalet 4 times a day and stops about 150 metres from the chalet. It takes people to both télécabines in the centre of the village and to the lake area. So, for those who don’t ski in/out or who have small children or elderly guests, access to the centre of the village & return to the chalet are very easy.
