    There are two alternatives:
    - 1. making cheese and visiting the cellar
    - 2. cheese making, cellar tour and tasting

    We advise you to come at 07:45 for the key stages but you can come at any time you wish. However, it is preferable for us to have a rough idea of the time. At the latest you can arrive at 10am.

    At around 07:45, the curds are removed, a key stage in the cheese-making process, as this is where the cheese grains come from. The grains are then heated until they reach the desired texture. During this waiting time, we take the opportunity to show the cheese cellar. At around 9:00, the cheese is taken out of the moulds and put into the moulds, before being tasted.
