Terms and conditions
In case of interruption of the entire lifts of the Portes du Soleil due to force majeur* entailing a discontinuation of the contract for more than 15 consecutive days, the winter 2020/2021 season pass giving access to the Portes du Soleil area may be subjected to:
- Either a credit note equivalent to the number of closed weeks multiply by the price of the season pass brought back to the number of open weeks initially planned, minus 1 day waiting period on the basis of the price in force
- Or a refund equivalent to the number of closed weeks multiply by the price of the season pass brought back to the number of open weeks initially planned, minus 1 day waiting period on the basis of the price in force.
All requests must be addressed to the lift company from which the pass was bought.
*Force majeur: any event that is unpredictable, irresistible and external, beyond the parties control, such as the ones usually retained by the French courts and tribunals, and, including, without being exhaustive, administrative closing related to a pandemic, government or legal restrictions, legal or regulatory modifications preventing the parties to pursue their activities, disruption in telecommunications.
