2 PDO or nothing!.

French side it is in 2017 that the Raclette obtained a PGI, Raclette de Savoie. On the Swiss side, Raclette has been distinguished with a Valais PDO since 2003. So to be sure to choose quality, ask for a Valais PDO or Savoy PGI raclette!”
