The Crosets ski resort is the ideal base for exploring the Franco-Swiss Portes du Soleil ski area. Champoussin is also a special spot, perfect for starting a day’s skiing with the family. From here, skiing enthusiasts can step straight out of their hotel on skis as soon as the ski area opens, to be the first to hit the freshly groomed snow. Just one lift ride away, the neighbouring resorts of Champéry and Morgins, with their authentic Swiss charm, as well as Avoriaz on the French side, offer a varied selection of slopes on both sides of the border… In short, a ski break is just a pair of mittens away!

In Les Crosets and Champoussin, the melting of the winter snow gives way to green pastures just waiting to be explored… Hiking trails, signposted e-bike routes and mountain bike tracks stretch as far as the eye can see. The terraces of the alpine huts, offering a moment of tranquillity with views of the Dents du Midi and the Dents Blanches, are often the highlight of an active day in the mountains.

In Champoussin, the animals will be your companions on your walks. Goats, cows and even marmots will happily pose for souvenir photos that are more lifelike than life itself! Adventure park, high-altitude lakes, paragliding… There’s no shortage of activities and things to discover. From Les Crosets, you can cycle out into the great outdoors: the dedicated mountain-biking area opens up onto the neighbouring resorts of Champéry, Morgins and Avoriaz, which are also world-renowned for their mountain-bike trails. Whilst the Portes du Soleil is the mecca of the sport, the pilgrimage undoubtedly takes you through Les Crosets!
