in the heart of the Portes du Soleil area
Perfectly integrated into its natural environment, Avoriaz is a snow bubble in the heart of the Portes du Soleil domain. Entirely pedestrian, sleds glide through the heart of the resort and cross paths with skiers, children on sleds and walkers. The resort is fortunate to have permanent snow cover throughout the winter season! It also has 34 ski lifts and 53 slopes for the greatest pleasure of skiers.
Avoriaz delights both young and old thanks to activities adapted to each one: the youngest learn to ski at the Annie Famose Children’s Village while the older ones are introduced to freestyle in the Stash, the 1st ecological snowpark in Europe.
