  • From the arrival point of the Super-Châtel gondola lift, follow the footpath towards Lac de Conche. The first part of the route is on the footpath as far as the Chalet Neuf ski lift junction.

  • The route then continues through the forest to the Col de Culet. Then turn right to reach the top of the ski lift. The finish offers a magnificent panorama of the Dents du Midi. The descent is on the blue ‘Le Lac’ piste to the left of the ski lifts.
    With only 200 D+ and a low percentage of ascent, most of which is on groomed piste, this is the ideal route for a beginner's introduction to ski touring.
    The last descent should be made before 4.30pm.
