My Club Portes du Soleil

My Club Portes du Soleil is the Portes du Soleil loyalty program.
It allows me to collect Soleils when I purchase packages.
I can then convert those Soleils into free Portes du Soleil packages.

As soon as I join My Club Portes du Soleil and register my hands-free cards on my account, I earn Soleils with every purchase of a pass at the public rate.

When I reach 200 Soleils in Winter: I earn 1 Portes du Soleil ski day pass!

When I reach 80 Soleils in Summer: I earn 1 Portes du Soleil mountain biking day pass!

My membership is completely free and with no obligation to purchase.

If I already have a customer account

• I log in to my account
• I click on the “My Club Portes du Soleil Membership” button in my customer area

If I don’t have a customer account

• I log in to my resort’s online pass sales site or the Portes du Soleil website
• I click on the logo or on the “My Club Portes du Soleil”
• I access the membership page and fill out the form
• I register my hands-free cardsfree cards (this can be done later)
• Please note, be sure to finalize your membership before any purchase.

In order for my Soleils to be credited, I must register my hands-free card numbers on my My Club Portes du Soleil account:

• I log in to my account,
• I click on “my cards” then “add” and register my hands-free card numbers

Once my cards are registered, all Soleils acquired during my online or cashier purchases will be automatically credited to my account.

Please note: when making a 1st purchase, I have 15 days after my purchase at the checkout and on the Internet , to credit my Soleils to my account. After this period, the Soleils acquired will be definitively lost.

My number is written on the front of my hands-free card.

Beware:

• There are no spaces in my hands-free card number
• I must enter the dashes
• There cannot be a letter O in my hands-free card number, but the number 0
• If my plan has 2 numbers on top of each other, the first one (the one not in the white box)
• Do not enter WTP

My online purchases earn me more Soleils than my checkout purchases.

In the checkout:

• To get 1 Soleil ->I have to realize 7.75€ / 8.88 CHF purchase
• To get 200 Soleils ->I have to realize 1550€ / 1775 CHF purchase

Online:

• To get 1 Soleil ->I have to realize 4,88€ / 5,42 CHF purchase
• To get 200 Soleils ->I have to realize 975€ / 1083 CHF purchase

The passes that allow me to accumulate Soleils are:

• Individual 5-hour resort or Portes du Soleil passes sold at the public rate
• Individual passes/group passes from 1 to 15 days resort or Portes du Soleil sold at the public rate
• Family Passes Portes du Soleil

These do not include: pedestrian passes, all promotional rates, group rates, association rates, special rates, season or ½ season passes.

Please note: when making a 1st purchase, I have 15 days after purchasing my ski pass to credit my Soleils. After this period, the Soleils acquired will be permanently lost.

To find out how many Soleils I have acquired, I simply log into my customer account on my resort’s website and have the information directly.

On the other hand, I cannot access this information at the lift ticket offices.

My Soleils are linked to my account, not my hands-free card. If I lose it, or if its number becomes unreadable, my Soleils remain registered on my account and I keep my loyalty benefit.

I will get a new hands-free card the next time I purchase a package online or at the register.

Please note: I don’t forget to register its number on my account in order to get my new Soleils.

My Soleils are credited to my My Club Portes du Soleil account as soon as I purchase my packages. However, I will only be able to use them the day after I use the package(s) concerned.

For example: on October 1, 2022, I purchase online a 6-day Portes du Soleil adult package from 02/119 to 02/24/2023. My 61 Soleils will immediately appear on my account on 01/10/22 but I won’t be able to use them until 25/02/2023.

I need to have reached the 200 Soleils threshold to be able to order 1 free Portes du Soleil ski day pass in winter.
I need to have reached the 80 Soleils threshold to be able to order 1 free Portes du Soleil mountain bike day pass in summer.

Getting my free pass can only be done online from my customer account:

1. I log in to my account on my resort’s online sales site
2. I proceed normally to order a Portes du Soleil day pass
3. I place my pass order as usual
4. In my shopping cart, during the summary of my order, if my balance of Soleils is sufficient, I am offered to use 1 loyalty day
5. I click on “yes” and validate
6. I proceed to the payment as usual
7. I benefit from a free package

When I reach the 200 Soleils threshold, I must use them within 3 years of the current season.

For example: I have 200 or more Soleils on 03/13/2020, I must use them no later than the 2022-2023 winter season.

Under 200 Soleils , my Soleils are kept for 3 years until I reach the 200 Soleils threshold.

If my account remains inactive for 3 years (no package purchases or no consumption of my Soleils), it will be automatically deleted and the Soleils credited to the account will be permanently lost.

Once the threshold of 200 Soleils is reached, I can choose not to use my Soleils to accumulate more Soleils and benefit from several packages at the same time, within the limit of validity of my Soleils.

The My Club Portes du Soleil system is simpler and more flexible than the old system with Bonus points.

It allows me to accumulate Soleils for all my purchases made either online or at the checkout.

It also allows me to accumulate Soleils from multiple hands-free cards (up to 7).

The old system did not allow this and sometimes I did not reach a sufficient number of points to receive a loyalty benefit.

My Club Portes du Soleil also allows me to check my points balance whenever and wherever I want, directly from my account.

Finally, my Soleils are linked to my account and not to my hands-free card. If I lose my hands-free card, or if its number becomes unreadable, I keep my Soleils .
