My Club Portes du Soleil

My Club Portes du Soleil is the Portes du Soleil loyalty program.
It allows me to collect Soleils when I purchase packages.
I can then convert these Soleils into free Portes du Soleil packages.

As soon as I join My Club Portes du Soleil and register my hands-free cards on my account, I earn Soleils with every purchase of a ski pass at the public rate.

When I reach 200 Soleils in Winter: I win 1 Portes du Soleil ski day pass!

When I reach 80 Soleils in Summer: I win 1 Portes du Soleil mountain bike day pass!

My membership is completely free and without obligation.

If I already have a customer account

• I log in to my account
• I click on the “Join My Club Portes du Soleil” button in my customer area.

If I don’t have a customer account

• I connect to my resort’s online ski pass sales site or to the Portes du Soleil website
• I click on the logo or on the “My Club Portes du Soleil” heading
• I go to the membership page and fill in the form
• I register my hands-free cards (this operation can be carried out at a later date).
• Please be sure to finalize your membership before purchasing.

For my Soleils to be credited, I must register my hands-free card numbers in my My Club Portes du Soleil account:

• I log in to my account,
• I click on “My cards” then “Add” and register my hands-free card numbers.

Once I’ve registered my cards, all the Soleils I’ve earned from online purchases or at the cash desk will be automatically credited to my account.

Please note: for a 1st purchase, I have 15 days after my purchase at the checkout or online to credit my Soleils to my account. After this period, the Soleils acquired will be definitively lost.

My number is written on the front of my hands-free card.

Please note

• There are no spaces in my hands-free card number.
• I must enter hyphens
• There can be no letter O in my hands-free card number, only the number 0.
• If my plan has 2 numbers one on top of the other, you must enter the first one (the one not in the white box).
• Do not enter WTP

My online purchases earn me more Suns than my purchases at the cash register.

At the checkout:

• To get 1 sun ->I need to make a purchase of €8.75 / CHF9.90
• To get 200 suns ->I need to make a purchase of €1750 / CHF1975

Online:

• To obtain 1 sun ->I need to spend 5.50€ / 6 CHF
• To obtain 200 suns ->I need to spend 1100€ / 1200 CHF

The packages that allow me to earn Soleils are :

• Individual 5-hour resort or Portes du Soleil passes sold at the public rate
• 1 to 15-day individual / group passes for the resort or Portes du Soleil sold at the public rate
• Portes du Soleil Family Passes

Not included: pedestrian passes, all promotional rates, group rates, association rates, special rates, season or ½ season passes.

Please note: for a 1st purchase, I have 15 days after buying my ski pass to credit my Soleils. After this period, the Soleils acquired will be definitively lost.

To find out how many Soleils I’ve purchased, I simply log on to my customer account on my resort’s website and get the information directly.

However, I cannot access this information at the lift ticket offices.

My Soleils are linked to my account and not to my hands-free card. If I lose it, or if its number becomes illegible, my Soleils remain registered on my account and I keep my loyalty advantage.

I’ll get a new hands-free card the next time I buy a package online or at the cash desk.

Please note: don’t forget to register the number on my account to benefit from my new Soleils.

My Soleils are credited to my My Club Portes du Soleil account as soon as I purchase my packages. However, I will not be able to use them until the day following the use of the package(s) concerned.

For example: on October 1, 2022, I buy a 6-day Portes du Soleil adult package online from 19 to 24/02/2023. My 61 Soleils will immediately appear on my account on 01/10/22, but I won’t be able to use them until 25/02/2023.

I must have reached the threshold of 200 Soleils to be able to order 1 free Portes du Soleil ski day pass in winter.
I must have reached the threshold of 80 Suns to be able to order 1 free Portes du Soleil mountain bike day pass in summer.

I can only obtain my free ski pass online from my customer account:

1. I log in to my account on my resort’s online sales site
2. Proceed as usual to order a Portes du Soleil day pass
3. I place my ski pass order as usual
4. In my basket, during the order summary, if my balance of Soleils is sufficient, I am offered to use 1 loyalty day.
5. I click on “yes” and confirm.
6. Proceed with payment as usual
7. I benefit from a free package

When I reach the threshold of 200 Suns, I must use them within 3 years of the current season.

For example: I have 200 or more Soleils on 13/03/2020, I must use them no later than during the 2022-2023 winter season.

Below 200 Suns, my Suns are kept for 3 years until I reach the 200 Suns threshold.

If my account remains inactive for 3 years (no purchase of a package or no consumption of my Suns), it will be automatically deleted and the Suns credited to the account will be permanently lost.

Once the threshold of 200 Soleils has been reached, I can choose not to use my Soleils to accumulate more Soleils and benefit from several packages at the same time, within the validity limit of my Soleils.

The My Club Portes du Soleil system is simpler and more flexible than the old Bonus points system.

You can earn Soleils for all your purchases, whether online or at the cash desk.

It also allows me to accumulate Soleils from several hands-free cards (up to a maximum of 7).

The old system didn’t allow this, and sometimes I didn’t reach a sufficient number of points to benefit from a loyalty advantage.

My Club Portes du Soleil also lets me check my points balance whenever and wherever I want, directly from my account.

Finally, my Soleils are linked to my account, not to my hands-free card. If I lose my card, or if its number becomes illegible, I keep my Soleils.
