Once upon a time, there was ALTA LUMINA!

Alta Lumina is an experience from the Lumina series of enchanted nighttime journeys imagined and created by Moment Factory.

In the heart of the French Alps, in the village of Les Gets, you are invited to follow in the footsteps of a music peddler and his hot-air balloon, and to follow his incredible journey across the mountains.

This exceptional experience immerses visitors in a fantastic world and takes them on a unique immersive adventure. In the heart of nature at dusk, come and walk along a luminous path of one kilometer with successive tableaux, where the history linked to the territory’s DNA is suggested in a poetic way through light, image in all its forms, scenography and interactivity.

This unprecedented concept is a great first in Europe and is part of the resort’s 4-season diversification strategy. The activity will indeed be open almost all year round.

Open all year round.

Located in the forest of the Lac des Ecoles.

Free visit lasting about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

The course is entirely outside, with a difference in altitude. Please come well-shod (at least a pair of trainers) and warmly dressed.

Access

Parking is limited on site.

During the summer and winter season, a free shuttle bus service is available from the centre (Parking du Marché) or the resort entrance (Parking des Perrières).

The shuttle service is not available at weekends in the off-season.

It is recommended that you arrive at the stop 30 minutes before your session.

Absolutely brilliant!
An eye-popping experience! Everything is perfect from the wait before the beginning of the course until the end.(music, small fires etc.) Everything is implemented to amaze us.
The concept: a poetic course made of lights in the forest, at dusk. Original and especially very successful!.
We let ourselves be carried away by the magic of all these lights on these trees and trails, it’s beautiful.
The staff is very friendly, cordial and jovial, thank you 🙂
