Perfectly integrated into its natural environment, Avoriaz is a snow bubble in the heart of the Portes du Soleil area. Entirely pedestrian, sleds glide through the heart of the resort and cross paths with skiers, children on sleds and walkers. The resort is fortunate to have permanent snow cover throughout the winter season! It also has 34 ski lifts and 53 slopes for the greatest pleasure of skiers.
Avoriaz is a delight for young and old alike thanks to the activities adapted to each one: the youngest learn to ski at the Annie Famose Children’s Village while the older ones are introduced to freestyle in the Stash, the first ecological snowpark in Europe.
