The Moudon Semi-Detached Chalet – Chalet 17 in Les Gets is a 40 m² accommodation for up to 6 people, located in the quiet Crinaz / Les Granges area, about 900 m from the Perrières chairlift, with a free shuttle stop just 50 m away, providing easy access to the village center and ski slopes.

This semi-detached chalet (2 rooms + mezzanine) features a bright living room with lounge area, open-plan kitchen, and dining space, equipped with a sofa bed (BZ 140 cm), a ground-floor bedroom with double bed (140 × 190 cm), and an open mezzanine accessed by stairs with a double bed (140 cm) and a trundle bed for 2 people, offering additional sleeping space for family or friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker (filter and Senseo), and raclette and fondue sets for easy meal preparation.

The chalet also includes a bathroom with bathtub and sink, separate toilet, ski storage in the entrance, a garage, and collective outdoor parking. A 20 m² south-facing terrace/balcony with garden furniture, deckchairs, and barbecue provides a pleasant panoramic view of the mountains.

Amenities include fiber Wi‑Fi, TV, DVD player, washing machine, and bike storage (garage). The property is non-smoking, pets allowed (max 2, with conditions and extra fee), and is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Bedding and pillows are provided, with the option to rent linen and towels for an additional fee, and baby equipment is available on request. End-of-stay cleaning is not included and can be done by the guest or arranged for an extra charge. A €600 security deposit is required upon arrival.
