The Moudon Semi-Detached Chalet – Chalet 17 in Les Gets is a 40 m² property that can accommodate up to 6 people, situated in the quiet neighbourhood of Crinaz / Les Granges, approximately 900 m from the Perrières chairlift and close to the free shuttle buses, with a stop around 50 m away, providing easy access to the village centre and the ski slopes.

This semi-detached 2-bedroom chalet with a mezzanine comprises a bright living room with a lounge area, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140 × 190 cm) on the ground floor, and an open-plan mezzanine accessed via a staircase with a double bed (140 cm) and a pull-out bed for two people, providing extra sleeping space for family or friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine and Senseo, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue set) so you can prepare your meals with ease.

The chalet features a bathroom with a bath and washbasin, a separate toilet, a ski storage room in the entrance hall, a locked garage and shared outdoor parking. The 20 m² south-facing terrace/balcony, complete with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue, offers a pleasant setting with panoramic views of the mountains.

Facilities include fibre-optic Wi-Fi, a television, a DVD player, a washing machine, and a space for storing bicycles (garage). The property is non-smoking; pets are allowed (maximum of two, subject to conditions and an additional charge), and it is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The property is equipped with duvets and pillows, and bed linen (sheets and towels) can be hired for an additional charge, as well as baby equipment on request. End-of-stay cleaning is not included and must be carried out by the tenant. A deposit of €600 is required on arrival.
