At the start, after a few minutes on a large path, you will go through alpine pastures and then start ascenscion on the France-Swiss border. Don't hesitate to walk if you have any difficulties. Then you will arrive at the highest point of this run : The Morclan (1970m). This summit offers a great view on the Abondance valley, and is an ideal place to have a short break.
