    The Marmotte cottage is a charming 27m² (plus attic space) apartment in a converted farmhouse in Les Gets, just steps from the village center, shops, ski slopes, and hiking trails. It is located on the upper floor of a beautiful traditional house that also houses the owners' apartment on the garden level and several other cottages, with direct access to the grounds.

    This cottage can accommodate up to 3 people with a mezzanine furnished with a double bed (160x200cm), an entrance hall with bunk beds (2x80x190cm), and a living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, etc.) and a sofa bed (90x190cm). The bathroom with toilet is functional, and underfloor heating ensures warm comfort in all seasons.

    Outside, the cottage features a balcony, a shared garden with games, garden furniture, a barbecue/plancha grill, and a flower-filled setting in summer; these spaces are shared with the other cottages on the farm. All services and activities are approximately 300 meters away (shops, free shuttle, tennis, golf, leisure center with a supervised swimming lake, treetop adventure course, playgrounds, etc.).

    The Portes du Soleil ski area is also approximately 300 meters away (Mont-Chéry and Chavannes gondolas), allowing you to combine village life with mountain relaxation year-round. The cottage accepts a maximum of one pet, and guests can participate in the Multi Pass, which offers free or discounted activities in summer.
