Jérôme Puippe became the proud owner of this delightful alpine restaurant in July 2010. He, and head chef Jérôme Delien welcome guests all summer long.

Since then our menu has expanded - the talented kitchen staff offers new suggestions every day, using locally-sourced produce from nearby mountain farms.

Our attention to your well-being doesn't stop at the table, however. Over the years, we have made gradual improvements - creating a children's area, a 'relaxing corner' and a little alpine museum.

Cows and sheep gambol in the nearby fields, but wildlife is just as present. Songbirds flit through the meadows, birds of prey circle lazily overhead, and the surrounding hillsides and forests are home to foxes, ermine, hares, and deer!
