  • The Pointe de Bellevue is one of the most panoramic viewpoints in our region. Standing guard over Morgins, this rocky summit offers neverending views over the Jura, the Chablais Alps, Lake Geneva and all the way to the icy bulk of Mont Blanc.

  • From the centre of Morgins, pass behind the Hotel Chez Jan and take the Route de Sépaz which climbs to the right of the bakery Au Beau Réveil. After 20 minutes, above the telephone antenna, there is a crossroads.

Continue to climb along the road through the pastures, past the Culet ski lifts and up to the Col Portes de Culet where the view is already impressive. From the pass, take the small steep path that climbs along the Crête to the Pointe de Bellevue. The 360° panoramic orientation...
From the centre of Morgins, pass behind the Hotel Chez Jan and take the Route de Sépaz which climbs to the right of the bakery Au Beau Réveil.

The 360° panoramic orientation table shows you the many surrounding summits, including the Mont Blanc, the Cornettes de Bise, the Grand Combin, the Grand Muveran, and Diablerets massif, to name a few, in addition to our iconic Dents du Midi and Dents Blanches massifs.

Descend by the opposite path which takes you to two quaint alpine restaurants known for their tasty local specialities - Chalet Chanso and Le Ferrage.

Return to Morgins along the hilly Troncs path which heads back to the antenna and the Route de Sépaz. Note that 2/3 of the way along this section, it is also possible to return to Morgins along the Chemin des Buttes, which avoids returning to the Route de Sépaz, but there are no trail markings to indicate this option.
