    After following each stage of the production process, including the importance of quality labels, and discovering the full diversity of Savoie cheeses, it’s time for the tasting! Gather round a sensory table to touch, observe and smell the cheeses before finally tasting the fruits of your labour. For those with a sweet tooth, recipes and ideas for cheese platters are available so you can take a little piece of our mountains home with you.
