Barbara offers yoga and stretching sessions to skiers on the terrace of the La Grande Ourse aux Gets restaurant, at 1750 m altitude.
30 minutes - an hour of well-being before launching on the ski tracks, to ensure you feel zen to the tip of your ski boots!

Soft muscle building technique.
The Pilates targets the deep muscles of the body thus helping to improve our posture. Particular attention is paid to the abdominal strap, the pelvic floor and the back muscles.
Combining body, breath and spirit, Yoga will bring you strength, balance and flexibility. The session includes workshops on breathing, the practice of asanas (postures) which will be maintained or chained together for a more dynamic rhythm and meditation.
