  • From mid-May to mid-October, this iconic alpine hut offers a variety of typical Swiss dishes, mostly prepared on a wood stove, since there is no electricity available!

  • Back in the day, the Perrin family worked this alpine dairy, making their own lemonade, butter, and cream for sale - along with berries and mushrooms gathered nearby. As their success grew, so did the menu!
