    Here, you will find the famous Valaisan Raclette, cooked before a wood fire, and the delicious 'Tzeudron des Rives'.

In summer, the Cantine is also served by the charming Dents du Midi tourist train. In winter, the restaurant is the perfect place to stop and warm up on the Les Rives snowshoe hike.
