This 150 m2 duplex nestled in the heart of La Chapelle d'Abondance combines modernity and noble materials, with a 180-degree view over the entire Abondance valley.
The duplex has its own entrance and private parking for 4 vehicles.
On the garden level, the entrance hall with its checkroom opens onto a vast 60m2 space, a blend of modernity and authenticity. On the right, the kitchen and its large windows offer a breathtaking panorama. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, raclette and fondue machines, coffee maker (filter and Nespresso), kettle, toaster, nothing is missing for a great stay.
On the left, the living room, with its two atmospheres, offers on one side a TV corner and on the other a quiet place to read, play with family or friends by the fire (fireplace with closed hearth). The perfect place to relax.
Continuing on, the sauna awaits you to relax after a great day's skiing or hiking.
Also on this floor, two elegantly comfortable suites.
The first suite, with a 160x200 bed, faces the Mont de Grange, one of the valley's iconic peaks, and has its own shower room.
The other suite has a 140x190 bed, its own shower room and toilet. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, shower gel and shampoo. On this floor you'll also find a separate toilet with hand-washer.
Finally, the kitchen offers access to the south-facing terrace with its unique panorama of the valley, and to the stainless steel infinity pool. The pool is private and reserved for our guests only, heated to 28 degrees all year round.
All bedrooms have large walk-in closets.
On the first floor are two further bedrooms, the first with a 140x190 bed and the second with a bunk bed (2 single beds 90x190), ideal for young and old alike.
There's also a separate bathroom with bath, washbasin and hairdryer, and a separate toilet.
Also on this floor, you'll find a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, as well as a fully equipped garage with boot dryer and ski storage, ideal for returning from hiking, skiing or just walking.
The house and pool are heated by geothermal energy.
The rental includes household linen (bed linen, shower and pool towels) and cleaning on the day of departure.
