With a selection of ingredients to choose from, everyone creates their own recipe, learns the secrets to a balanced snack, and takes their creations home. -

Objectives:
- Offer a fun and delicious activity centered on home cooking
- Raise awareness among families about eating healthy snacks for afternoon tea as well as during hikes
- Introduce healthy and fun alternatives to processed snacks

Program Flow:
- Short introduction on the benefits of snacks
- Making cereal bars
- Pressing the mixture into molds, a fun discussion about sugar, and a short game about hidden sugars in foods
- Tasting session and distribution of the activity sheet
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
