In the heart of the Val d’Illiez, La Bergerie des Bains brings together two restaurants under the roof of the same authentic chalet. -
The Bistrot de la Bergerie offers generous, local and affordable ‘bistronomic’ cuisine, to be enjoyed indoors or on its terrace overlooking the Dents Blanches — with or without a booking.
La Table de Moreno, its gourmet counterpart, serves a six-course tasting menu inspired by the Alpine terroir, by reservation only.
Both restaurants share the same philosophy: to celebrate the mountain’s produce and the valley’s artisans, in tune with the changing seasons
