- A living room/kitchen with large bay window opening onto the balcony/terrace. Sofa, coffee table, television.
- Fully equipped kitchen, oven, 4 hotplates, microwave, filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, ironing board and iron, 1 table and 4 chairs. (also on the balcony: 1 small table and 4 chairs)
- One bedroom with a large double bed (140x190 cm), with French windows opening onto the balcony, 2 deckchairs.
- A small Savoyard bedroom with two 90x190 bunk beds and a window
- A bathroom with bath/shower and hairdryer
