Red Bull Downtime

Sports and leisure, Entertainment/recreation, Competitive sport, Cycle sports, Mountain biking in Les Crosets, Val-d'Illiez
  • This summer, Red Bull, the Dents du Midi region, and the Bikepark are challenging you! See you on the "Crosets" track!

  • This year, Switzerland is hosting Red Bull Downtime , a series of downhill races that will make stops at four bike parks over four weekends. It’s up to you to show what you’ve got—both in your legs and, most importantly, on the clock.
It’s all happening on the “Crosets” mountain bike trail, which strikes the perfect balance between technical challenges, speed, and majestic scenery. It’s a red-level trail that offers plenty of “flow” thanks to the remarkable work of the bike park’s shapers....
This year, Switzerland is hosting Red Bull Downtime , a series of downhill races that will make stops at four bike parks over four weekends. It’s up to you to show what you’ve got—both in your legs and, most importantly, on the clock.
It’s all happening on the “Crosets” mountain bike trail, which strikes the perfect balance between technical challenges, speed, and majestic scenery. It’s a red-level trail that offers plenty of “flow” thanks to the remarkable work of the bike park’s shapers. You can ride the trail as many times as you like (subject to crowd levels) until the end of the day, trying to set your best time. So, rally your crew, get your bike ready, and sign up!

Meanwhile, spectators can enjoy the Red Bull Zone to cheer on the competitors, follow the results live, and enjoy a friendly atmosphere with refreshments, food, and music provided by DJ Knut.

Red Bull Downtime is open to anyone who feels comfortable on downhill trails and loves to give it their all to chase the fastest times. And this time, every second gained counts even more, because the prize is exceptional. Maybe you’ll have the chance to watch the next edition of Red Bull Hardline from the front row, just a stone’s throw from Wales. Or experience Red Bull Cerro Abajo up close, watching the riders race at full speed through the narrow streets of Genoa’s old town.
