The centuries-old mountain pasture "La Tovassière" which takes its name from the gray rock that is found there, the Tovare, welcomes hikers, cyclists and nature lovers throughout the summer, from mid-June to the end of September.

Due to the damage caused by the avalanche, our restaurant will remain closed throughout the summer of 2026.
However, we are ready to welcome you again with our food truck service.
As we will mainly be using products from our own alpine farm, we will be offering:
- The Shepherd’s Platter
- Sandwich of the Day
- Our Alpine Salad
- Weekend Special
